Issue with Internet Explorer browsers and email button

Hi,

We've implemented the Luminis integration as per this kit on our TEST portal instance. The luminis email button works fine in Firefox and throws a new window with the desired result of providing SSO to Outlook Live, however in Internet Explorer we get the following error when clicking on the email button: "Access Denied. You do not have permission to access this service."

Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated as Luminis is not my area of expertise.

The kit is excellent btw - thanks to St Johns for sharing their work.

Hi Huw,

This is an interesting error that I've not seen before.  Can you let us know what URL is in the browser at the time of the error.  Also, any additional information on the error may be helpful.  Finally, try running IE on the Windows Server.  It may give a more informational error message.

We have this same issue. SSO works fine in Safari and Firefox, but not Internet Explorer. In Internet Explorer, we get "Access Denied. You do not have permission to access this service." Did anyone ever figure out a solution to this? Thanks, Stephen
